Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that apply to Malaysian consumers under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by contract.
gdslot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via the registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by regulatory direction or to address a security concern, in which case the amendment will take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
